VIDEO, MARKETING & PROMOTIONAL RELEASE + HEALTH & SAFETY + NDA AGREEMENT (For Extras – Music Video Participation) PARTICIPANT RELEASE & AGREEMENT By completing the check in box, I agree to participate as a voluntary, unpaid extra in the production referenced above and acknowledge the following: Production Title: “Infatuated” 08/04/25 & “Dangerous” 08/05/25 Production Company: Le Playground Productions Project Manager: Nakia Walker, LLC Filming Date(s): 08/04/25 & 08/05/25 Filming Location(s): Saltmine Studios & Casa Moreno Lounge Artist: Paris “P3” Walker Health & Safety Acknowledgment Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) No Cell Phone Use Without Permission Clause Video, Marketing, and Promo Release terms 1. VOLUNTARY & UNPAID PARTICIPATION I understand and agree that my participation is entirely voluntary and that I will not receive any form of compensation, royalties, or residuals now or in the future. 2. RELEASE OF RIGHTS I grant Le Playground Productions, Nakia Walker, LLC, and all affiliated agents, the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use my name, image, likeness, and voice recorded during this production, in any and all formats, for purposes of promotion, marketing, advertising, public display, or distribution. 3. MARKETING & PROMOTIONAL USE I acknowledge that the footage may appear in, but is not limited to: Digital and print advertisements Social media campaigns Press releases, media kits, trailers Streaming platforms and music-related publications I waive any right to inspect or approve the final product or promotional materials. 4. HEALTH & SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGMENT I confirm that: I am participating at my own risk. I will follow all health, safety, and emergency protocols outlined by the production team. I will notify production of any known physical limitations or medical conditions. I will not attend if I am experiencing illness or symptoms of contagious conditions. Le Playground Productions and Nakia Walker, LLC are not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues unless resulting from proven negligence. 5. NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA) I understand that as part of this production, I may witness or overhear confidential or unreleased music, content, personal information, or creative concepts. I agree to the following: I will not discuss, record, share, livestream, or disclose any behind-the-scenes content, dialogue, or music related to this production without written permission. I will not post on social media about the content, artist(s), or creative direction without prior approval. This NDA remains in effect indefinitely or until the production is officially released. 6. NO CELL PHONE USE WITHOUT PERMISSION I agree not to use my phone to record, photograph, or livestream during production without explicit permission from production staff. Unauthorized use may result in removal from set.
