We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. If you believe you have a special circumstance, please contact us. Expect a response within 24-48 hours.

 

However, if you are unable to attend an event or use, you may **transfer your ticket or use a credit** to another product or individual by notifying us in writing at least **48 hours prior** to the event start time.
